2.1 Product Integrity & Storage
Fresh Frost provides high-quality dry and frozen food essentials. Once delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to store frozen items immediately at the appropriate temperature (-18°C or below). While we use vacuum-sealed packaging and cold-chain transport, we are not responsible for product spoilage caused by improper storage after the delivery has been accepted.
2.2 Intellectual Property
All brand graphics, product photography, and digital content on freshfrost.store are the exclusive property of Fresh Frost. Unauthorized use of our “Farm-to-Table” imagery or brand descriptions for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Market Localization
Our services are currently optimized for the Pakistan territory. Delivery timelines and product availability may vary based on your specific city and the local supply of seasonal organic materials.
