3.1 Perishable Goods Inspection
Due to the nature of frozen and dry foods, we maintain a strict inspection policy. Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If any item is found to be damaged, thawed, or past its expiration date, notify our rider or contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for an immediate replacement.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Packaging: Any dry food or frozen meal where the vacuum seal has been broken.
- Temperature-Sensitive Goods: Frozen items that have been out of cold-chain storage for more than 30 minutes post-delivery.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds for missing or defective items will be processed to your original payment method (or as store credit) within 3-5 business days after the claim is verified by our quality control team in Pakistan.
